Reservations will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis so long as you are an active EMBS student member. There are only a limited number of rooms available.

Please submit your completed reservation form to Lynn Bowlby at the EMBC Executive Office by 11 July. Lynn will confirm your membership status and forward your reservation to the hotel. The hotel will contact you via email with your reservation information.

Transportation from YWCA to VCEC: The YWCA is located about 8 blocks from the VCEC - about a 15-20 minute walk. The Skytrain is located just 1 block from the YWCA and will take you directly to the VCEC for $2.50. The cost of a cab is probably about $8.00.
